i am not familiar with any designated safe havens per say, but if you are desiring to remain in Connecticut, I would consider relocating to Litchfield County, CT, if you don’t already live there. It’s mostly more rural, and has easy access to both the Berkshire Mountains in Massachusetts, and to the Taconic Region of New York. I would recommend staying away from all coasts, and especially cities. My wife and I recently left south of Boston to relocation to central Vermont, and it is so much better. We met another Christian couple here who believe in prepping, and being awake to what’s coming. It also is worth looking into.
