Hello family in Christ.. i am a newbee here.. May i know if there's a Filipino here.. By chance, is there a safe haven here in the Philippines?

These past few days i have been thinking of preparing some place that my family and I can live and then i found Sis Elizabeth's blog and knew about safe haven.. the thought of RFID implementation is always on my mind.. strongly believe i am led by the Holy Spirit here.. thank you and i hope someone here i can talk to..
