I am grateful and thankful to meet you all here .

Our Lord is coming back...we shall see Him face to face!

May our hearts not be troubled or weighed down with the cares of this world, but trust and look to Him daily! He is our rock and our deliverer.

My daughter is back in the states from Australia ( had not seen her in 3 years). Since she has been back, I was able to visit with her for 2 days. She is a bridesmaid in a wedding and has been visiting friends and others.... I am praying I will be able to spend a few hours or days more with her ( my grown kids do not like to spend time with me much.....even though I am their mom..... they are 'of the world' and there is a ' chasm' between us ( spiritual distance). They cannot listen to anything important when I bring subjects up ..I have loved them and continue to....keep conversations loving....but secretly, am heartbroken. I pray for them to return...they once professed Jesus and all were baptized as older children. Anyway, I digress.... She returns back to Australia next month.....I do not know when I shall see her again. Pray for me! Thanks! And pray for my 4 adult girls!

I live in Illinois and I attend an online church now. The church I was attending didn't address the times we are in, the pastor even commented on how he was receiving a lot of phone calls from members asking if we are living in the last days. His response was basically, that people always think they are living in the last days and we should just focus on what we are doing each day. I had joined a women's group and everyone was getting a certain something because they wanted to be able to travel, when I asked anyone about it they all said they had prayed on it and felt the Lord told them it was fine. I just didn't feel like I fit in there anymore. The church I'm now an online member of is Calvary Chapel Kaneohe, the pastor is JD Farag. He's all about addressing the issues that we as believers are facing right now, which helps when your like me and don't have anyone to talk to about these things.

I also have two grown sons who have been taken in by this world. I keep praying for them, and John 14:14 says "You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it." I believe that as long as we are asking something that is in the Father's will, He will do it. 2 Peter 3:9 "The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance." I really believe that He will answer our prayers for our children before it is too late.

Are you going to keep attending your church? How are the restrictions in Washington, from the news it seems like it was one of the stricter states.

Please pray for my grown kids...Heidi, Gina, April, Kate ... 32, 31, 24, 23 years...they were all baptized when young.....the enemy has infiltrated.....I am weary of not seeing any change...need extra prayers to hold my hands up!
