If you decide this is where God wants you, Then be prepared to move there or close by. Safe havens are NOT going to be in your back yard. At first only invest 500 dollars into the effort. Work there as much as possible. Asked questions but don't offer to many suggestions. Be aware of everything, Sometimes things are not what they seem. After some time you will know the people there and their hearts. If you still feel God wants you there it is time to invest. Do the best you can. Learn the flow charts, know where things are and you will become a person in leadership. Take your department to the next level, the Lord will give you wisdom, and ability. Soon YOU will be one of GODS key people in HIS safe haven plan. When we stand before Him and others make comments, may they say, "Being at this safe haven was such a blessing, You were kind, helpful, you put others ahead of yourself, and you were a example of the love of Christ."
