My name is Tammy. I have a 21 year old daughter and a 12 year old son. We just lost my husband to a rapidly progressive form of dementia and parkinsons September 8th. We are now looking to get out of this city and maybe even this state of Ohio and move off grid. Possibly the TN area. I know I will be feeding people and gardening. I have already been doing that for a few years now. I am also an encourager and a giver. We are looking for something no more than 2 acres. That's about all we can care for on our own. Something where the kids can each have their own private bedrooms. I am fine to set up a bed in a living room. So we only technically need 2 bedroom. Homeschool friendly states with low to no homeschool regulations. I'd like to be in an unrestricted area so we can have chickens, and even live in a tent temporarily if need be. Would like to have some internet access for homeschooling resources. It would be nice if we can find somewhere with others that are like minded to fellowship with and bare each others burdens. If you known of anywhere, in the TN area especially, please let me know. Or even in Ohio. I am an hour south of Cleveland Ohio right now. No family. I have a freind or two but they aren't like minded. They think I am nuts to be looking to move off grid. They can't see the extent of the times we are in and where its headed.
