My wife and I spoke with Mr Uptegrove last night. (He's 84yo. God is granting him great favor and quickly bringing his long-held vision into reality. He basically has 5sq miles of wilderness on which to establish this "Goshen" community in which believers can work and share in unity. Skilled believers are already showing up. Former Green Beret to head defense, school teachers, skilled construction, herdsmen, gardeners. Acceptable participants (yes, there is a screening) purchase as much land as desired, or rent (pending availability). RV hookups available for temporary dwelling while one is building. One goal is off-grid sustainable living.

Yhvhekklesia - let's look at Prob 22:3 "The prudent sees danger coming and hides himself. But the naive go on, and are punished for it.". Who hides the prudent? He hides himself! Quit waiting for YHVH to open a door, and open one yourself. Instead of trusting Him to create an open door, trust Him to shut an open door if it's not best for you to go through. Nothing is too hard anyway. Similarly, we are commanded in Jer 51:6 to "Flee Babylon and save yourself". When talking about leaving the USA, religious have challenged me with "Quit living in fear - trust God to take care of you!". To which I say, "I rely on Him whether I'm in the USA or out. But if I leave, I'm being obedient."

Having lived in Mandan ND 8 years, I'm surprised people would be led there. There use to be tens of thousands of Indians there, though. I've heard the Northern half of ND will be a safe zone. I'd say it's gotta be N of Minot, like maybe the Turtle Mountains. And underground to survive the brutal winters. (Or see what the Indians did at Ft Lincoln State Park.).
