Great list - Thank you for the insight - I am noting each Gary - Question for you what do you suggest for storing rice / beans / flours - currently i have bought the big bags (50lb) at Costco and places them into tuff box containers and seal with gorilla duct tape - will that suffice or should i use a different approach?
