Oops, sorry I just now discovered this message. But no, I’m not in calif. I’m in the lower end of Texas. I have a safe haven here but it’s still ‘rough’ and in need of helping hands to fix it up. I guess it would be considered by some to be one of those houses that are called ‘fixer-uppers’. 🤗
