I had a dream or a vision am not sure.

I was lying on my chair and I heard a strange noise my eyes were open and I saw some one dressed in a long white gown, same time it was like the earth was breaking into little pieces and this person did not speak to me but a bright light came into me and I felt a stretching of my soul it was being pulled or stretched. The power of that being was mighty, and was so quick, micro seconds. I got up crying to my daughter 248 am and I told her Jesus is real. I do believe he is real but I have never experienced a vision like this before.
