Cybercrime is hitting everywhere imaginable. Now that everything is linked -- social media, professional records, medical records, emails, home security cams, appliances... once someone hacks, they can access more.

There's an ad out now for using AI to do the work for you, a new source of income. Imagine when that takes off -- it could be weeks or months from now. AI continues to gather info about everyone, and share info about everyone.

AI could be part of the banding together to roam the streets.

In dreams, black is often the absence of light or information.

We have certainly seen more deaths in the last few years; but also media pumping up hatred and division.

I was listening to a talk on blacklisting in medicine, and they brought up a term, astroturfing. Making people feel like there's a grassroots movement of supporters, when actually it's a [corporation] spreading out indie-like or antiestablishment communications.

We have seen so much disgusting propaganda the last decade -- news and other media blatantly reciting hatred against people and groups, philosophies. Control imposed just by hiring more people to write content and sway the narrative.

Most of the hatred I've seen lately, has been from people reading news-feed or video shorts, assuming all of society follows these trains of thought. (Some people will do anything for money... or fear of higher powers.)

Back to the dark figures -- in this information age, people are overwhelmed and follow easiest pathways... sometimes leading them into the dark on realities of information.

Overall, I've seen an increase in the stirring you describe. People are afraid, set up defenses, and that makes others more fearful and defensive. On top of many not knowing how they'll survive the year, the future.
