I was given a dream vision of a technology linked to electromagnetism that could create clouds. I walked in a land in which the clouds appeared in the most unusual shapes. The most common form was that of a thick horizontal line hovering low across the land, rather than high in the sky. A machine could create a path in which water vapor quickly collected.

In this land, I noticed a new railroad being built, that used electromagnetic technology to run the trains. The technology was so similar to the kind that made the clouds, that it produced similar results as a side effect. In fact a long, extended rain cloud would appear to surround the railroad track when the train passed.

I walked carefully around the construction site of the new railroad, and saw as many women workers as men. I asked one of the women, “Is this safe?” The vision ended before I could receive an answer.
