I had a dream last night, December 8, 2019 that I was at an outside concert listening to a favorite band, Pentatonix. I noticed when they began to sing that there was many famous singers there as well. As the concert began I noticed that there were men walking through the crowd with huge packs on their backs. The packs were colored red, white and blue. They began to spray poisonous fumes throughout the crowd. However, no one in the crowd was paying attention. It’s like they could not even see them. Then I woke up. Now, I believe that the colors of the packs represent the United States but the rest I have no clue. I believe it to be a warning but what else? Any ideas brothers and sisters?

I don't think this is what you saw in the drm, but had a couple parallels. The concert would have been loud enough that commotion might have kept people from noticing surroundings.
--update: others who were in critical condition have since died.
