Where are those who will cry out to Me?
Where are those who will come before
With humble hearts & outstretched hands?
Not hands that are closed
And grasping the things of self & this
Will you not watch one hour with Me?
Twelve days after the Lord gave me this word on 1/17/23 I had a dream. I saw what I though was a long wall but I as I walked toward it I saw it was a dam. The dam was full. I could see the dark swirling waters were at the top ready to spill over. I watched as holes in the dam wall popped & water streamed through the holes. Some holes were large some were small but they were popping the entire length of the damn wall & there was a huge bulge in the wall. I went up to the wall found two large holes & placed my left hand over one & my right hand over the other. I looked around & cried out for people to come help. I kept calling & looking. Finally in the dustance I saw a woman & a man walk up to the wall & place their hands over the larger holes. But there were so many holes still streaming. The dream ended.
A few days ago I heard that Lake Mead was refilling, due to snow melting. Phew.
New federal funding helps calm decisions related to the Hoover and Davis Dams, and balance of Colorado River water use for the many areas that need it (Arizona, California, Nevada).
In the dream, multiple people tried to hold back disaster by simple direct means. That resembles how each region is involved in weighty decisions now. Prayers are needed for wisdom and fairness, safety -- as water is a powerful when out of control.
It may be similar to other things going on -- something needed for life, becoming a destructive force that needs restraining.

In the past, routing of the water often seemed imbalanced, due to people's panic over lack, or businessmen/politicians using it for their gain. This week's decision included each user cutting back a little.
Reading about it might bring more insight to your dream/word; and help direct prayers that can impact millions of people.
