I pray for forgiveness, then ask Jesus to renew my mind and then I basically do the same thing. I put on praise and worship music or read my Bible or go clean or something.
1) Put on the FULL ARMOR of GOD. The HELMET OF SALVATION.....look up verses on SALVATION and declare them out loud!
2) Plead, claim, and apply the BLOOD OF JESUS over your body, soul and mind.
3) Sing songs of the BLOOD OF JESUS (look on Youtube). Praise music is a strong weapon!
