Rats signify those who are betrayers. They are mean, sneaky and deceitful. A house could be the church, or a house could represent the government (don't know if you live in America or not), which for me would be the American government. There are lots of rats in that house right now. The floor usually has to do with Congress, i.e. the assembly where things are discussed and decided. Walls could be a reference to Trump's claim of wanting to build border walls. I don't believe that is his true purpose. I believe he is doing all he is doing to bring us under the New World Order, but that our government is all in on it, i.e. that they are willfully self-destructing in order to bring down our nation (the fall of Babylon) so that the beast can rule the world. "Beast" is a synonym for "rat," so these are a bunch of "beasts," in other words, i.e. of the beast, his followers. And, they are taking down our nation so that the beast can rule us.
