I had made reservations at a very nice hotel with some friends, but the reservation was years in advance. I went to the front desk to discuss the reservation with a person on staff. As a gift and thank you just for making the reservation, the hotel would give each of us a diamond worth $1,000,000!
I believe the hotel represents our stay in heaven. I had the sense it had to do with eternity, and the diamond has to do with some kind of reward everyone will receive, perhaps one of the rewards mentioned in Revelation. When I say everyone, I mean everyone who chooses the narrow door and ends up in heaven. (God used it to encourage me since I was worried I would have no reward in heaven. The gift of eternal life is so valuable it is reward enough by itself.)
