When I was reading about the exploits in of Pen Farthing in Afghanistan, and of course the unfriendly media response. The media complained that his rescue animals were more valuable than people.

In light of this, The Holy Spirit led me to the story of Noah. I wonder if there is a prophetic significance to the exploits of Pen, the parallels with Noah seem quite uncanny.

Like Noah, Pen Farthing rescued animals from an impending storm. The people of the time, thought Noah was a bit loopy. God sent the flood to destroy wickedness, indeed many were destroyed in the flood.

Is this a sign that a storm is about to hit?
