Amen. I think preparing the heart is more than just spiritual it's also physical. I've led to quit drinking caffeine, because I've noticed it causes angina/heart pain/ache. The Lord wants both our spiritual and physical hearts to be strong, so we can love him with all our heart. When our love in our heart is set on the Lord, and the eternal, than what happens around us literally will not cause our hearts to fail, because our hearts will be held in the palm of his hands. Lord help us to give all our hearts to you so we may love you with all our hearts. Love never fails. Our hearts will not fail when rooted deeply in your love and in making healthy choices to preserve the strength of our physical hearts as well. Our bodies are now living sacrifices, and your temple. May we love ourselves by being healthy and taking care of our hearts all around! Thank you Lord Jesus I pray. And you are able to do this. In your Holy Name Amen
