This may also be a message to the Catholic Church...
On the end of August 2018, I moved to a place near Sacramento, California. I chatted of spiritual things with the woman renting the place who lived there. I indicated to her that I sometimes “pick up” spiritual things when spending the night at someones house. The first or second night there, I had a dream…
In the dream, I was in front of a table with objects on it. A lady had her back to me. (After waking, I recognized her as the owner of the house.) She was next to an open safe which was to her left, putting these objects in it. I remember not wanting her to put the objects in the safe. The objects were small and very smooth looking. They appeared to be shaped as heads but without eye sockets, noses, mouths, or ears. They were smooth and perfectly clean in appearance. I picked a larger one off the table. It had a nice feel to it. It wasn’t too hard or too soft. It felt like very expensive smooth vinyl plastic. I put it up to my nose, not really knowing why I wanted to. I really didn’t expect to smell anything, since it looked so neutral and clean in appearance. To my surprise, it had a Foul odor to it!!
After living there for a short while, I realized that there were many small statues in the owners home. From religious fixtures on fences, to religious pictures on the walls. Statue lamps to statue pillars. I found out later that the owner would rub one of the statues at times and pray to it. The owner later asked if I could fix her broken mirror because she felt it gave “seven years of bad luck”. There was a small statue attached to the dash of her car. I asked her what that was for. She indicated to me that it kept her from falling asleep when she drove at night. She is afraid of the dark. I concluded that this lady felt the need to have statues to “protect” her at every turn in real life. She attends a Catholic church on a regular basis. She has started reading her bible more, but it’s pretty obvious she doesn’t know the Lord. She believes in sex before marriage.
Interpretation:
God showed me in this dream these statue heads couldn’t see, hear, speak, or smell since they were without eyes, ears, noses, or mouths. They were powerless- nothing but inanimate pretty, shapely, pieces of plastic that couldn’t communicate with anyone. In the dream, she wanted to put them in her safe to “safe keep” them for her possession and use. The foul smell indicated that they were a stench in God’s nostrils. God Hates idles. He demonstrated that numerous times in the Bible.
When God gives us “something” about someone, we have an obligation to help that person. I have been given a good burden for this person. “Blood will deservedly be on my hands” if I do nothing. She has an insecurity issue, and the only person that can give her security is Jesus Christ himself, not any man-made objects…
Isaiah 44:6-20 Speaks of the foolishness of Idols…
Psalm 115
4 But their idols are silver and gold, made by human hands. 5 They have mouths, but cannot speak, eyes, but cannot see. 6 They have ears, but cannot hear, noses, but cannot smell. 7 They have hands, but cannot feel, feet, but cannot walk, nor can they utter a sound with their throats. 8 Those who make them will be like them, and so will all who trust in them.
I sent this dream to her church in hopes to discuss the beliefs of this parishioner and to get clarity of the beliefs of the Catholic Church.
Please pray for the Catholic church to wake up...There are so many lives in the balance...so many people are putting their faith in a theologically inaccurate church system, rather than putting it in the true Words of God.
Your dream has nothing to do with any errors of the Catholic church, only the ignorance of this apparently faithless woman who believes that holy objects (sacramentals) themselves, such as a cross or crucifix or statue somehow have power of themselves which give her comfort and protection; like some magical talisman. Your dream could be showing how she is not even thinking about the reality of God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit; for which a sacramental or statue, etc, physically represents as an object of devotional focus and prayer. This woman is living in ignorance and sin it appears, so she is living a shallow life. For me the foul odor and faceless objects represents her sinful, blurry life. Devout Catholics do not worship idols, nor pray before Holy statues like mindless pagans for the physical item itself. In old Catholic churches, you'll find statues of Jesus, his Holy Mother, Joseph his saintly father, and all the Apostles and some saints. What is wrong with that? Your ignorance is astounding with regards to devotion. Please ask God about the Catholic Church tonight and what he thinks of statues and other representations of Him and the Holy ones. I expect you'll get a reply and report back to us. Thank you. Also, If you please, watch this video: Jesus can manifest himself within a statue anytime he wants to get our attention and move our hearts back to Him. https://youtu.be/qgPf91f9-70 and http://www.miraclesofthechurch.com/2010/10/miraculous-crucifix-of-limpias-jesus.html
yes, most religions, including Catholicism, have physical idols that they worship.....and then there are those idols that come BEFORE the LORD in our lives.......money, jobs, houses, entertainment, pleasure, sex, bad habits, loved ones, sports, cars, etc.
"Therefore, my dear friends, flee from idolatry." 1 Corinthians 10:14
