In a dream vision I saw an American woman who lived alone near the Atlantic Ocean, but not just above the shore. Suddenly, one night she was caught unawares by a strange rogue tide that flooded her house. She noticed no storm to explain the surge. In the darkness, she tried to grab her valuables and ID documents and put them in a waterproof bag. All she could do was wrap them inside a large black trash bag. Afraid of drowning in her house, she took a chance and waded into the water outside, looking for neighbors who might help her.
Soon a man, a welcome stranger, came by in a small boat and picked her up. He seemed to know a little about what was going on and why. He explained to her that a planetary body in space—he called it “Lucifer” because it was a Destroyer bent on the annihilation of the inhabitants of Earth—was affecting gravitational pull. It was as if the Earth had several moons pulling on it at once, and so the tides would wax and wane many times their regular height and depth.
Knowing that her home was doomed to be flooded repeatedly—with most all her property washed away—the woman prepared in her mind to accept her homeless state and to relocate as a refugee to higher ground inland. Her entire life, and the lives of all those near the coastline, had changed overnight. So many of her ties to the world had been broken within minutes. Yet she had to go forward, no longer of the world, but still in it. She now had to walk by her God-given gift of faith, which she had not fully exercised until this point, a faith that would strengthen with each step.

Revelation 20:13 ESV

Your dream reminds me of one I had a while back. I was returning home from shopping (at about 3 AM, for some reason), and there were two inches of water everywhere. There had been no rain, and no clouds were in the sky. The Moon looked bigger than normal and was colored like a tye-died shirt, but in a scary way with a freakish glare. I live near Lake Erie, not on the shore but about two miles away, about 15 feet above lake level.
