In a dream vision I saw a woman about to back up her truck into a parking space. Suddenly, out of the blue, another car quickly backed into the spot, cutting her off. Upset, the woman got out of her truck to address the driver about his selfish and reckless behavior. But the driver, who looked like a gangster, waved a gun in her face! The woman hesitated, stepped back, and kept her mouth shut. She wondered to herself who this man was, and as if he could read her mind, he said, “I’m a Cypriot. I’m from Cyprus.”
When I awoke, I asked the Holy Spirit to interpret the dream given to me. The Holy Spirit indicated that the contested parking space represented the bank accounts where people ‘park’ their money. The woman had assumed she would be able to park her own asset, her car, in that space, and that she had first dibs to it. The Cypriot gangster figure who snuck in first and stole her parking space represented what the American government and banks will do, repeating what the government of Cyprus had done to its people via its banking system in March 2013. The government had authorized a “bail in” to help stabilize its banking system at the expense of bank account holders. All uninsured funds above a certain insured amount (100,000 Euros) in people’s accounts were confiscated legally by the Cyprus Popular Bank. Almost half the funds above that same amount were taken from account holders of the Bank of Cyprus as well. Even some foreign banks with accounts in Cyprus had a substantial percentage—up to one third—of their cash holdings in those accounts frozen. To stabilize Cypriot banks and enable them pay down their debts, the Cypriot government let banks ‘steal’ from their account holders.
Americans, prepare for “bail-ins” and frozen accounts. Do not keep all your savings in the bank. Find a range of alternative places to “park” your assets. Most people will incur material losses, but like the Apostle Peter, many will experience spiritual gain, offering the treasures of the gifts of the Holy Spirit in Jesus’s holy name.
Acts 3:6 (KJV)
“Then Peter said, 'Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.'”
I just received a letter from my credit union asking to confirm our balance because of an audit. Never had seen this before!
