In a dream vision the Spirit of the Lord took me to a table upon which lay two yellow binders of documentation, financial and other. Three persons sat at the table, one an American woman and the two others, Chinese women officials.

“What do you want?” asked the American.

“Justice!” replied the Chinese.

The American felt a quiver of shame and fear.

CHINA AIMS TO POINT OUT AND CORRECT WHAT IT PERCEIVES TO BE INJUSTICES, FINANCIAL AND OTHER, THAT AMERICA HAS COMMITTED AGAINST CHINA AND THE WORLD.

America fears its own exposure and China’s call for corrective action: the binding or restricting effect of China’s “yellow binders.”
