The unseen spiritual world and the signs of the times, which unbelievers cannot see or understand, well, they are clearly visible to those close to the Lord. It is both sobering and also encouraging to read visions, dreams and posts on this site and others. However, I am also drawn and stunned by the manner and persistence Jesus is communicating to unbelievers through dreams and visions. In his love for them he keeps chasing after them, and since these people don't seek him out themselves the Lord keeps warning them as they sleep at night.They are often shaken and terrified, but they can't understand what is happening. This is what is happening:

For God does speak—now one way, now another—

though no one perceives it.

15 In a dream, in a vision of the night,

when deep sleep falls on people

as they slumber in their beds,

16 he may speak in their ears

and terrify them with warnings,

17 to turn them from wrongdoing

and keep them from pride,

18 to preserve them from the pit,

their lives from perishing by the sword. Job 33

Here is a classic example of Jesus persistently warning an unbeliever, never giving up on her even to the point she is desperate to understand. I did answer her and tried to lead her to the Lord and shared the salvation prayer. This is what she posted last night (Thank you Lord Jesus for never giving up on lost souls. What do constant nightmares about the world ending/ meeting the devil mean?

I want to preface this question by saying: - I’m an overall happy person - I’m not religious/ spiritual - On a concise level I think I’m a decent person.

About two years ago I started having dreams about the world ending. At the time it didn’t strike me as much of anything. Since I only had the dream every once and awhile and they weren’t quite nightmares, more so just thrillers, I concluded I was just afraid of the concept of a zombie apocalypse. Over this past year the dreams have become much more grafic, vivid, and unpleasant. While trying to outrun the zombies I lose people in my life to them and towards the end of my dream, unlike in the past, I just lay down and let them kill me. I have this dream every few weeks now, leaving me to always wake up from the dream drenched in sweat and freaked out. Lately, over the past six months, a new nightmare has entered the cycle. The general theme is usually: I’m trapped in hell, I can’t find my way out, and the devil is out to find/kill me. Similar to my other dream, it is graphic, vivid, and unpleasant. It’s gotten to the point where I’m afraid to go to sleep out of the prospect of having either one of those dreams. If anyone has read this far, do you know what the dreams mean? Are they connected? Should I seek therapy? I never had nightmares growing up/ before these past two years and I have no clue what the root of the dreams could be, so any words of guidance would be greatly appreciated.
