⚠️Warning what I’m about to reveal is very deep and very hard to hear but has been impressed on our hearts that the message must go forth. This morning my friend Mary Beth had a vision. In the vision, The Lord Jesus showed her a silver platter and a pomegranate. “What does this mean she wondered?” She had her suspicions but wasn’t sure, so she told me her vision to see if I would receive any revelation from The Lord. As she was telling me the vision, I knew what it meant but I was hesitating to say anything to her at that moment because the revelation was a very difficult message to swallow. As she was telling me, I was reminded of other dreams and visions that we both had been having and I could see how it all made sense and was fitting together. I prayed over the revelation and the Lord confirmed, so I asked her to call me because I had a sobering word to speak. Here is the interpretation... In the Bible, John The Baptist’s head was presented to King Herod on a sliver platter. The Pomegranate represents The Head and it’s juice is The Blood. The king did not wish to see John’s death, nevertheless it had to happen. John the Baptist was by blood a priest from The High priest Aaron’s family line; he was a Levite, he was considered the greatest of all men (yet Jesus said the least or lowliest of mankind would be even greater than John). Pomegranates were sewn onto the bottom hem of The High Priest’s garment by the feet (Ex. 28:33). When heads roll, they are on the floor by the feet, hence the pomegranate at the bottom of the robe. In Revelation 17:6 it talks about the woman who was drunk with the blood of the saints and Martyrs. And in 20:4 it speaks of the souls who were beheaded for their testimony about Jesus. Pomegranates are considered the royal fruit of Kings and were used to decorate ‘the head’ of the two pillars of, Solomons Temple (1 Kings 7, 2 Cron. 3&4, Jer. 52). On the top or head of the two pillars were pomegranates on chains. The chains represent imprisonment. Where was John the Baptist beheaded? In prison. The two pillars of the temple had names. One was ‘Boaz’ which speaks of our kinsman redeemer Jesus. Boaz means “In Him is strength” and the other pillar was named ‘Jakin’ which means “He will establish”. Back to the bottom of the priestly garment. There are also two pillars there, the legs and feet of our High priest Jesus who when He returns is wearing a garment dipped in blood (Rev. 19:13). In Him is our strength and He will establish us, because He is our kinsman redeemer! In the Song of Solomon the temples of the lovers head are likened to pomegranates. The temples of the head also represent the Temple of God; The Saints. Also in Song of Solomon chapter 8 it speaks of the lover being made to drink the spiced wine of a pomegranate. We know that many times in the Word, the wine represents the blood. Jesus was made to drink from a cup of death as well. He likened His blood to wine. I heard in my spirit “The head is a goblet of blood.” Sure enough, a goblet is shaped like a head, neck and shoulders. I was reminded of a dream that Mary Beth told me about. In the dream she was drowning and no one could do anything to save her. As I thought on this I saw a flash vision of her drowning in her own blood (Not an image I wanted to see). Then I remembered a vision I had recently of Jesus crying over the martyrs in the Roman colosseum. While He was crying and sobbing He said “I was with them when they died, I will be with you too” and “their blood was everywhere.” He urged me to persevere no matter the mockery, persecution or martyrdom. Then I’m reminded of the vision Mary Beth had of wearing a white gown dipped in blood and another vision of blood red apples multiplying and rolling around on a table set before her (“He prepares for me a table in the presence of my enemies” Psalm 23). Jesus sat at the table with her and across from the table sat Corrie Ten Boom’s sister Betsie. She was telling Mary Beth that Mary Beth had more work to do (before the end). Betsie Ten Boom died imprisoned at a concentration camp during the last world war. I’m reminded of a vivid dream, where I was sitting on a bunk bed in a concentration camp and telling the Gospel to a troubled young man who didn’t want to accept the mark of the beast. In the dream he received Jesus and was filled with The Holy Spirit. I’m reminded of Jesus telling us that He is “The Lily of the valley and the bright morning star, that would be with us in The Valley of the Shadow of Death”. This is in association with a vision Mary Beth had of The Upper room (see this vision here https://latterrain333.wixsite.com/lifeline/forum/your-dream-forum/vision-of-the-upper-room). Mary Beth spoke up and said that I had confirmed her suspicions. That what I told her is what she had also believed she was seeing. I asked Mary Beth, “Are you willing to die for Jesus? Are you willing to put your life down for Him no matter the cost?” She said yes and I agreed. We discussed how God showed Peter and Paul and other saints the way that they would die and the timing of their deaths. Could He be revealing ours to us or is He just preparing the hearts of the Church to accept martyrdom as a possible reality and high honor (for He is our strength and our establishment)? If you think about it, every temple was destroyed, included Jesus’s temple being killed and then raised. Yes His temple the church will also be killed, destroyed and then raised (Rev. 13:7). John The Baptist was also referred to as the spirit of Elijah (Lk. 1:17, Matt. 17:11-13). He prepared the way for the Lord’s first coming. Today, we are supposed to be The Elijah’s of today, preparing the way for The Lord’s second coming. The book of Revelation clearly speaks of saints that shed their blood in Martyrdom, they usher in the second coming of Christ. Just like John’s head was offered to the king on a royal dish, so shall the martyr be offered to our King. He also does not wish to see the deaths of those who are beheaded, but it must happen for it is written. Another revelation was this... at the top of the two pillars of the Temple was carvings of lilies and lattice work. It reminded me again of a word He give me in association with The recent Upper Room vision. He wrote ‘Susa’ on the wall. Susa means ‘Lily’. In Song of Solomon chapter 2 it says that our beloved Jesus (our head) is the Lily of the valley and that He is looking out at us from behind the lattice, longing to be with us. If our blood is shed like His was and we fall in death at His feet then surely He will also take revenge for us and crush the head of the serpent and the heads of our enemies at His return. Revelation 14:13 “Then I heard a voice from heaven saying to me, "Write: 'Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.'" "Yes," says the Spirit, "that they may rest from their labors, and their works follow them."”
