Over the years I have had visions and some dreams - and angel stories that saved my life with the other ones with me. Our angels are Real! Wow. First let me tell of the vision that was most profound and then the 2 angel stories and then I can continue another time as there is much I would love to share, but it could be too much at once.
What all I tell you is done with humility to uplift and encourage others as all are my dear brother and sisters! And I have such a love for everyone. And want to see all come to Christ~ So I pray this inspires even more faith, for what I put on here is truth from my heart to your hearts in the Lord Jesus Christ.
This is a humdinger - that is all I can say - 8 years ago. I never expected this or looked for it. My relationship with the Lord Jesus is as that of a child like faith.
I will relate the year after this story ... but I lived in NJ for the last 18 years and moved to Pa just recently. We lived quite near Lake Hopacong and I could see this lovely lake from my deck on a mountain. It is the largest lake in NJ. Ok - there was tons of rain and everyone was Very worried about dams breaking and loosing lakes. So that was on my mind this afternoon this vision happened. It was a mental inward one I guess I could say, but so Clear. I was near the dining room. And then our Jesus appeared to me with a concerned look on His face - He was on my left near the bay window to the right of it. And He bent forward slightly. I remained very calm (not sure how..lol) and just looked at Him, and I knew He knew I was very concerned about our lake. But He did not address the lake. He showed me He was holding Japan in His hands - and some of it was on fire. It must have been 3 feet in size... I was confused why He was showing me this of course - and He said, to cover all these souls in Japan with His Blood. And He was looking at me to say this..so gently and slowly I said a prayer to do so...and He then slowly disappeared, but looked at me as to say thank you for praying. I just was still upset with all this rain coming down, but glad I prayed for Japan, not knowing what or why He had me do that. I forgot about it that night and decided to get up in the early morning and check the news and see if our 3 dams held Up in the rain.
And what I heard on the news was not about lots of rain causing dams to break; (although some lakes were lost, but not ours, thank God) But it was the news about
Fukushima and the earthquake...here it was March 11, 2011 - Tears. lots. wow.
ANGEL STORIES - These also are powerful and saved my life and the others with me!
Number 1: We had to take my mother in law to the airport on Long Island (where I am from) and we were running a bit late. It was 1968 - Long Island Expressway - fast lane. She was from Nova Scotia and was returning. My husband drove and I sat in the front with my 3 month old daughter Laura in my lap. I know..don't even say it..back then - very careless. And she was in the back with the other 2 kids. And here we are going a good clip, and then I started getting very restless - and started just looking left and right - then this site came to my mind...an accident hitting someone stopped in the fast land by their trunk waving madly to stop traffic as they had car problems.
And I was what happened if we hit them! And what happened to my baby and me in the front seat which I will not relate.....but it was very Clear to me! Then I started watching and the others were looking at me like I was nuts. And then I saw it! up heard far enough away was just as the vision had unfolded - the man by the car stopped by his trunk, and I screamed at the top of my lungs...STOP!!!!!!
AND MY HUSBAND DID...he saw him and put on the breaks on time and we gently came behind him and no one crashed into us. Whew. We were late so I said a prayer to God to have someone behind us help him and we gently came around him and went to the airport. And she was ok to get her flight. Wow. And the second story now is a split second happening, that if I had not obeyed I would not Be Here now.
ANGEL STORY
Number 2: This is shorter - good right? lol. I used to also live in Ct. and my daughter was with me, the one I had at age 42. Miriam was about 9 now and as we were entering near Westport where she and I lived once, she said could we go to Oscars, a breakfast nook to visit again and get something. So I thought that was fine and we started to take exit 42 - just then as I am going onto the exit ramp to town, this deep voice in my heart said..."keep the speed you are going and do Not Speed Up." So I listened as I believe in Angles - and did just that. Well! As I came off the ramp to the traffic light...it was turing green, and this old beige car Zoomed right across my path in front of me {!} abut 70 miles or more an hour...missed us by a hair! Oh my goodness, I am so glad I listened and did obey that voice, or my daughter and I would probably not be here. So our dear Angels are Real, so whisper a thank you to them!
So now, God bless and love everyone, and all dear to your hearts. Patricia Owens
I'd like to share a couple stories relating to angels.
I lived in South Korea at the time, and was having dinner with a Korean friend, and she shared a story with me and another person there. She was trying to decide if she should go to school further and study theology, but it would cost a lot of money and she was worried about the financial burden it would be to her parents. One day, she took the bus or tram, and a mom was talking to her young son, explaining to him that she cared a lot for him and wanted the best for him, so she would pay for his school. My friend was naturally interested in the conversation and listened, and the words spoken were just what she needed to hear from God. The mom smiled at her as she got up to leave the bus or tram, and said "See you again" like it was the most natural thing in the world.
My last week in South Korea, I was stressed and had to repair some things in my apartment before I would take a quick trip to visit someone. I had to fix the caulk on a window sill, pack everything, take the trip, go back to Seoul, and then I would fly out. So in my hurry I decided to take a taxi for a very short distance. Normally taxi drivers are quiet and don't speak to the passenger except for basics. This taxi driver was so nice, spoke to me in perfect English, and I remember he asked me about my church. I was surprised by that, and we had a short, relaxed conversation. As I got out to leave, he said, "See you again". I looked quickly at him to check his eyes but he was already pulling away.
And another story, more obvious. I was with a group of students traveling from one European country to another, and we got stuck at the border because a student from Iran had forgot his visa to reenter the country. He was detained in a prison cell for hours. It was getting late, and so far the authorities had said they would either keep him in the cell or fly him back to Iran, which was a bad solution for him. It was getting late into the evening, so the teachers decided 2 of the 3 vehicles would transport some students home, and the last vehicle would remain with the student and some of his friends who volunteered to stay behind. In a last ditch effort, we gathered to pray for him. Being emboldened by the desperate situation, I prayed out loud for God to send angels to help us.
Not longer than 30 minutes later an "officer" from another station arrived, an officer from the country detaining the student, and spoke with the men there, convincing them to let the boy out. As we began turning the vehicles on to drive home, one chaperone realized he had left the lights on all day and the battery of the van had died! I was so happy the boy was released I prayed again to God that this van would miraculously start. As I stood looking at the vehicles, this same "officer" came up to me and asked if everything was all right. "Yes, but this van won't start," I said, and he walked off to check it out. And then, yes, the van was able to rev up and start soon afterwards!! It was a mad dash to get out of there as everyone was excited. I didn't have time to look for the angel and say thank you. I asked several teachers about him later, and one said he had talked to him, and the officer had asked for the leader to pray for him. I thought that was interesting, because if you interpret it a little different, as if he were truly an angel, he was asking us to "pray for angels" more often perhaps. Another special thing after that...the boy who had been detained had given me a very hard time all year, and he apologized to me as we sat and ate McDonald's later that night. I had never seen him so humbled, and perhaps aware that he had witnessed a small miracle.
