In the dream, I was downtown in a skyscraper, in a walkway between a food court and a movie theater. There were windows and I happened to be looking outside as I walked. Then from the west, 3 missiles hit nearby. When they hit, it felt like there was an earthquake, and the building and other buildings shattered. Our response to this missile attack was delayed for about 15 minutes afterward. Then we responded with our own. I am not sure what caused the delay.

I believe the delay was the US does not have hypersonic missiles. But Russia and China do. US ballistic missiles are old and slow compaired hypersoic missiles and my even not reach there target. Russian and China may be able to shoot our ballistic missiles in space before they reentry in to the atmostphere.
8 years of Obama our military was weakened.
And one more if Trump is removed and Obama returns there will be no response to a nuclear attack because his job is to take down the US.
