In a dream vision I saw preparations for a great wedding feast underway. A woman walked around the tables and chairs being readied, expecting to be a guest at the wedding. She entered a section of the tent where other women prepared for the feast, and to her dismay she saw a beggar woman who had previously solicited from her. This beggar had never stopped asking for more, and had practically helped herself to what she wanted, expecting the other woman to pay. The woman had finally stopped aiding the beggar, after scolding her for impudence. The woman did not expect this beggar to be a guest at the wedding.

One of the leaders, who stood beside the beggar, asked the woman, “Are you here to help?”

“No,” said the woman. She expected to be an honored guest at the wedding, not a lowly server.

“Then get out!” ordered the leader.

Stunned, the woman stumbled out of the tent, wondering if she would be permitted to attend the wedding feast at all.
