Many have been speaking of late regarding three days of darkness that are supposed to come to the U.S., and though this is certainly a possiblity, I do have some concerns as it relates to some of the prophecies that have been given. My main concern has to do with the instructions many are being given, to close their blinds, stay inside, and not allow any kind of light to be seen in where they are because that light will supposedly draw the enemy towards it. But what does Jesus have to say about being light to the world? Are we supposed to hide from darkness and be afraid of what those empowered by the dark forces of this world will do to us, or are we to stand as lights in the midst of darkness, and even be willing to die for sake of those who are trapped in darkness? As Revelation 12 states, "They overcame him (satan) by the blood of the lamb and the word of their testimony, who loved not their lives unto death. Also, though the children of Israel did have to go through several of the plagues before they were led out of Egypt to the promissed land, one of the plagues that did not come upon them was darkness...they still had light in their homes when the Egyptians did not. So please prayerfully consider the above if this three days of darkness prophecy turns out to be true prophecy. Blessings in our Wonderfully Beautiful and all Powerful Messiah!!
